When will my order arrive? (USA)
In efforts to honor our value as an environmentally sustainable brand, all items are made to order. Because of this, items may take 5 to 7 business days for dispatch. Depending on order quantity, customization, season, and availability, some items may take up to 3 weeks for production. We offer several shipping methods at checkout. Most expedited shipping methods will arrive in 1-3 business days. Standard mail may take 1-2 weeks for delivery. All orders will be provided tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. We offer free delivery on US orders over $100. For orders under $100, available delivery methods and cost are determined by order weight. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
If your order is time sensitive we highly recommend purchasing an expedited shipping selection at checkout as current postal delays can be anticipated.

We ship worldwide and offer several delivery methods at checkout. Most international deliveries take up to 3 weeks to arrive. International packages may be subject to additional duties and fees. Unfortunately, these additional charges are out of our control and we will not reimburse them in the event that they occur. Any additional duties or fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
