In our continued efforts to minimize waste and materials, we typically do not allow for order cancellations or modifications. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
When will my order ship?
Production times vary by product but orders typically ship in 7 days or less. Some loungewear may require 2-3 weeks for shipment. If you need your items by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering so we can accommodate you!
What shipping methods do you offer?
Several shipping options are available to you at checkout including delivery by USPS and UPS.
Standard mail typically takes 5-7 days for delivery, while expedited shipping selections will arrive in 1-3 business days. Please note, shipping delays can be expected and these are entirely out of our control.
If your order is time sensitive we highly recommend purchasing an expedited shipping selection at checkout (current postal delays can be anticipated) and getting in touch with us!
How much is shipping?
We offer free delivery on US orders over $100. For orders under $100, available delivery methods and cost are determined by order weight. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
To honor our value as an environmentally sustainable brand, all items are made to order. Because of this, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
