Returns and Exchanges
▹ Must be made within 7 days of delivery.
▹ Packages received after 7 days will be issued store credit and will not be eligible for a refund or product exchange.
▹ Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. If received, they will be refused and returned to sender.
Processing Time
Allow up to 7-10 days for processing and shipment.
- Confirm exchange is being sent within the 30 day deadline.
- Ensure item you are exchanging is unworn with the tags attached.
- Complete the return form included with your order. Print an extra one here.
- Package items in a secure shipping envelope.
- Print a shipping label and adhere it to the package*. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges that occur during shipment.
- Upon receipt of your items, allow up to 10 days for processing and shipment.
- We cover shipping fees when your replacement is mailed. Tracking information can be provided upon request.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving your package. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you paid using your PayPal balance, the purchase amount will be returned to your PayPal account. If you paid with a credit card through PayPal, the money will be returned to your card. Depending on your card or bank, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
If you paid with a credit card, we submit the refund to your bank immediately. You will then receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the original refund.
Store CreditStore credit will be issued within 10 days of receiving your return or when any exchange/return is delivered past 30 days.
You will be emailed a 12 character code which is entered on the third page of checkout.
Store credit does not expire. Packages received past 30 days will receive store credit and the customer's requested exchange or refund will be ineligible. Note: packages received after 60 days are not eligible for store credit, refunds, or exchanges.
Charges and FeesCustomers are responsible for all shipping fees that occur when mailing back items for return or exchange. When exchanging, we will waive the shipping charge when sending your replacement items to you.
International shipments are subject to customs charges during delivery. Duty and Tax fees are the sole responsibility of the parcel recipient. We will not refund any amount of customs charges and we are not liable for any extra charges that occur during delivery.Please mail all returns and exchanges to:
