Processing - In efforts to reduce environmental waste, all items are made to order. Our detailed production processes typically take 5-7 business days but some custom and specific items may take up to 3 weeks for shipment. Loungewear currently requires 3-4 weeks for production. Please take note of production time when ordering. In a rush? Contact us so we can accommodate you! 

Delivery - Our preferred shipping courier is USPS and all orders are provided tracking information. Large quantity and time-sensitive orders may be shipped via other delivery companies. In this case, you will still be provided tracking. We offer free delivery on US orders over $100. For orders under $100, available delivery methods and cost are calculated by order weight. Shipping prices can be calculated at checkout. 

Order changes and cancellations - After an order has been placed, we are typically unable to modify your purchase. However, under certain circumstances where order processing has not begun, we may be able to make accommodations. Please contact us asap if you need to edit your purchase. 

Exchanges and returns -  Please note, alll orders are final sale and we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us asap so we can resolve any problems accordingly.
