When will my order ship?

Most orders ship in 7 days or less with the exception of some outerwear, preorder items and some loungewear. Please read product descriptions for best processing times. Need your items by a certain date? We're happy to accomodate you! Please contact us!

How will my order ship?

Several shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping cost is based on order quantity and weight and can be calculated before payment is submitted. 

Standard shipping typically requires 7-10 days, priority methods require 2-4 days for delivery and expedited methods typically take 1-3 days for delivery. 

Please note, shipping delays can sometimes be expected and are entirely out of our control. If your order is time sensitive we highly recommend purchasing an expedited shipping method. 

All customers are sent a tracking number to the email address entered at checkout once their order is dispatched. 


Patttern & Solid Pajama Care

We put so much love and detail in designing our one of a kind pajamas and robes. For utmost durability, our luxe fabrics do require special care when laundering. We recommend washing in warm water on a delicate cycle with low agitation. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not dry clean and do not iron directly on personalization. 

Feather Pajama Care

Our feather adorned pajamas are recommended to be hand washed or dry clean only. Light feather loss is normal. 

Our Policies

All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
