When will my order ship?
Most orders ship in a week or less unless otherwise noted. See product descriptions for more info.
All items ship from our design & print studio in the Midwest💗

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs can be estimated in your cart.
International shipments may be subject to additional taxes and duties. These fees are the sole responsibility of the parcel recipient and we will not reimburse or cover these fees.
How will my order ship?
Delivery costs & courier are determined by order weight & quantity. Shipping costs can be calculated in your cart before checkout.
Tracking info will be sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
Delivery delays can occur during standard shipping methods like USPS ground advantage. If your order is time sensitive we highly recommend purchasing an expedited shipping method like UPS Ground or USPS Priority.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer cancellations or order edits.
All items are final sale. The only items eligible for exchanges or returns are plain pajamas without monogramming or customization. There is a 25% restocking fee on returned orders.
Pajamas purchased without personalization can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. They must be unworn and with the tags attached. Please contact us to begin the exchange/return process on your purchase.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded on purchases and we do not provide prepaid labels when mailing back returns or exchanges. However we will cover shipping fees when mailing back exchanges.
Caring for your Sleepwear
Our fabrics have been worn, washed, stretched, and slept in to become the tried & tested blend they are today.
Your pajamas will love and cherish you as long as you give them love & care too!
Satin Pajamas & robes-Turn your pajamas inside out & wash in cold water on a delicate cycle with low agitation. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not dry clean.
Feather sets - Hand wash or dry clean only. Light feather loss is normal.
If you need to smooth out any wrinkles on personalization, please do so on low heat, inside out, and with a textile, like a towel, between the hot surface and the monogram.

Since all of our items are printed in house, all of our pieces can be personalized to any liking! We're always happy to help customers dream up new ideas! Contact us with any design inquiries.
