Cancellations, Returns, + Exchanges

•  All items promptly begin production upon payment, we do not allow for order cancellations or modifications.
• Custom + personalized items are final sale. Outerwear, iphone cases, and garments with the tag removed are eligible for returns/exchanges.
• Plain sleepwear, without custom text or monogramming, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery with tags attached. There is a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
• We will not refund original shipping charges, we do not provide return shipping labels. However, we will cover shipping charges to send your exchange back to you.
