In efforts to reduce environmental waste, all items are made to order unless otherwise noted. Because of our detailed production processes, items usually take 5 to 7 business days for shipment. In other cases, items can take up to 3 weeks for shipment depending on order size, customization, season, and availability. Please note production time when ordering. Dealing with a time crunch? Our preferred shipping courier is USPS and all orders are provided tracking information. Large quantity and time-sensitive orders may be shipped via other delivery companies. In this case, you will still be provided tracking. We offer free delivery on US orders over $100. For orders under $100, available delivery methods and cost are calculated by order weight. Shipping prices can be calculated at checkout.

International packages may be subject to additional duties and fees. In the event that they occur, we do not claim any responsibility for these charges and customers will not be reimbursed for any additional fees.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We suggest customers closely follow tracking information and expected delivery date to avoid such occurrences. Customers should verify their address at checkout to ensure a timely and secure delivery. Providing an invalid mailing address can cause significant delays. 

Packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

Order changes and cancellations: After an order has been placed, we are typically unable to modify your purchase. In some circumstances in which processing has not already begun, order changes can be made. Please contact us asap if you need to change any part of your purchase such as selecting a different item size or color. In our continued efforts to reduce waste and unusable materials, we do not allow order cancellations.

Exchanges and returns: All orders are final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us asap so we can resolve any problems accordingly.
