How will my order ship?
Several shipping options are available to you at checkout. Delivery cost is determined by order weight and quantity. All items ship from our Midwest studio.
Estimated delivery time and rates can be calculated before checkout. Shipping delays may be expected, if your order is time sensitive we recommend purchasing an expedited shipping method.
All customers are sent tracking info to the email address provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Personalized, monogrammed, and custom items are final sale. Tees, hoodies, outerwear, and iPhone cases are final sale and are ineligible for refunds or exchanges. We do not allow for order cancellations.
Pajamas purchased without personalization can be exchanged or returned within 2 weeks of delivery. Please contact us to begin the exchange/return process on your purchase.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded on purchases and we do not provide prepaid labels when mailing back returns or exchanges. However we will cover the shipping fee when mailing your exchanged items BACK to you.
Sleepwear Care
So much love went into perfecting our expert blend of one of a kind loungewear fabrics. For utmost durability, our collection requires special washing care.
If you need to smooth out any wrinkles on personalization, please do so on low heat, inside out, and with a textile between the hot surface and the monogram.
Pajamas & robes - Wash in warm water on a delicate cycle with low agitation. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not dry clean.
Feather sets - Hand wash or dry clean only. Light feather loss is normal.
International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to additional taxes and duties. These fees are the sole responsibility of the parcel recipient and we will not reimburse or cover these fees.
